💡 This article guides you through updating the overall title and description of your show (your podcast as a whole).
If you’re looking to update the title or description of a specific episode, check out this article:
How do I edit my podcast title and description?
Once your show has been created, you can update your podcast’s title or description at any time.
To edit your show’s title or description:
Log in to your Ausha account
Go to the Settings tab
Stay in the Details section Here, you can edit the Show name and/or Show notes fields
Click the Save button at the bottom of the page to confirm your changes
💡 Important: changes are immediately applied to your podcast’s RSS feed and will fully respect your formatting (hyperlinks, emojis, special characters, line breaks, etc.) within Ausha tools such as the Website and Smartlink.
However, each listening platform may display your show’s title and description according to its own formatting rules and technical constraints.
How long does it take for changes to appear on listening platforms?
Changes are immediately applied to your show’s RSS feed.
They are therefore technically available to all platforms, which will automatically retrieve them without any action required on your part.
👉 The Ausha Website and Smartlink will reflect your changes within a few minutes.
👉 Listening directories will update the changes within a few hours, and sometimes up to a few days.
💡 Important: this delay is completely independent of Ausha and depends on each platform’s own technical update process.
