💡 This guide covers modifying the predefined tags for your entire podcast (show). To modify tags for a specific episode, see: How to modify an episode? 👈
What are Tags?
Tags are keywords you can add to your show or episodes to improve discoverability. 💪 They’re hidden in your podcast’s RSS feed and only visible to platform algorithms—not to listeners.
Adding relevant tags increases the chances of your podcast showing up when users search for those keywords. 👨💻
You can add up to 20 tags:
To your show (they will automatically apply to all future episodes).
To individual episodes (see: How do I publish an episode? 👈)
💡 While tags are useful, they’re just part of a broader strategy for boosting visibility. Regular publishing, detailed descriptions, and audience engagement are also key. Tags alone won’t guarantee top rankings but will help when combined with these actions. 🤗
How do I Modify Predefined Tags for My Show
You can modify your podcast’s predefined tags anytime. These updates automatically apply to future episodes—no need to notify platforms.
🧭 Steps to modify tags:
Log in to Ausha and go to the Settings tab.
Navigate to the Details section.
In the Predefined Tags field, add or remove tags.
To add: Type keywords and press Enter (no commas or hashtags needed).
To remove: Click the cross next to the tag.

💡 Changes apply to future episodes but won’t affect past episodes.
