What is the "Best ranking" and what conclusion can be drawn regarding my podcast's visibility in the search results?
🧭 From the Visibility > Overview tab within the PSO Control Panel, you can find the "Best ranking" data.
The "Best ranking" corresponds to the keyword, from your selection, for which your podcast is best ranked in the search results. In other words, it's the keyword for which your podcast ranks highest on Apple Podcasts and/or Spotify! 🏆
📆 The Best position takes into account all keyword search results for Apple Podcasts and Spotify over the last 7 days.
In this example (screenshot above), for the last 7 days, this podcast appeared as the top result on Apple Podcasts and Spotify when listeners search for "Crime Junkie".
What is the "Best progress" and what conclusion can be drawn regarding my podcast's visibility in the search results?

The "Best progress" corresponds to the keyword, from your selection, for which your podcast has gained the most positions in the search results. In other words, it's the keyword for which your podcast has increased visibility the most on Apple Podcasts and/or Spotify! 🏆
📆 The Best progress takes into account all keyword search results for Apple Podcasts and Spotify over the last 7 days.
In this example (screenshot above), for the last 7 days, this podcast has gained 44 positions on Apple Podcasts and Spotify in the search for "Crime Solving Techniques strategy".
What is the "Downward trend" and what conclusion can be drawn regarding my podcast's visibility in the search results?

The "Downward trend" corresponds to the keyword, from your selection, for which your podcast has lost the most positions in the search results. In other words, it's the keyword for which your podcast has decreased visibility the most on Apple and/or Spotify! 🏆
📆 The Best progress takes into account all keyword search results for Apple Podcasts and Spotify over the last 7 days.
In this example (screenshot above), for the last 7 days, this podcast has lost 23 positions on Apple Podcasts and Spotify in the search for "Audio".
