Even after an episode has been published for the first time, you can still make changes to it.
💡 You do not need to delete and recreate it! Simply return to its creation form to make the changes you want.
To edit an episode that has already been published:
Log in to your Ausha account.
Go to the Episodes tab.
In the episode list, click Edit on the row of the relevant episode.
The episode creation form will open, where you can edit the title, artwork, description, audio file, and more.
To save your changes, click Save and close in the top right corner of the page.
The changes you make will automatically be reflected in your RSS feed and made technically available to all listening platforms.
Each listening platform will display these changes according to its own technical processing times.
💡 All changes will be automatically processed by Apple Podcasts, Deezer, Spotify, Amazon Music, etc., but not instantly.
This delay is independent of Ausha and depends entirely on the technical processing of each platform.

Important: Even if you change the episode title or replace its audio or video file, you will keep all the listens the episode has already accumulated.
Episode statistics are linked to the episode itself, not to a specific audio file or title.
What can I edit after an episode has been publicly published?
Here are the elements you can edit after an episode has been published for the first time:
👉 Content
The title
The description
The episode permalink
The tags
The artwork: upload a new image by clicking Add.
💡 The artwork must be in .JPG or .PNG format, up to 10 MB, with a minimum size of 400 × 400 px (3000 × 3000 px recommended) and use the RGB color space.
Click Save and close (top right) to publish your changes.
👉 Audio or video file
In the audio or video file section, click the "..." menu, then click Edit.
You can upload a new audio or video file for your episode.

Click Save and close (top right) to publish the new version of the episode once the new file has finished uploading.
👉 Options
From the Options section, you can edit:
The season:
You can select an existing season for your show or create a new one.The episode type:Normal, Trailer, or Bonus.
Check or uncheck the Explicit content box.
Check the box to publish the episode to SoundCloud.

Click Save and close (top right) to publish your changes.
👉 Privacy
Even after an episode has been publicly published, you can still change its privacy settings.
If the episode is Public, you can change it to Private or Unlisted.

Check or uncheck the Downloads box to allow or prevent listeners from downloading the episode.
Click Save and close (top right) to publish your changes.
👉 ChaptersYou can create, delete, or edit an episode's chapters even after it has been published for the first time.
Click Save and close (top right) to publish your changes.
👉 Video
If you did not share your episode to your YouTube channel when it was first published, you can return at any time and check the YouTube box.
