How to modify my keyword selection within the PSO Control Panel?

๐Ÿ“Š From the Visibility tab of your Ausha interface, you'll find the PSO Control Panel, the dashboard where you can track your podcast's visibility in Apple Podcasts and Spotify search results based on a list of keywords you define!

You can modify this selection of keywords at any time, especially if you identify new terms searched by your audience! ๐Ÿ”‘

๐Ÿงญ To modify your keywords:

  • Go to the Visibility tab

  • Click on Manage Keywords

  • You can then manage your keywords

    • Delete them by clicking the Cross [x] on the right of each one

    • Add new ones by typing them directly into the "Enter a keyword..." field or by selecting them from the list of terms recommended by the AI Keyword Assistant by clicking +

๐Ÿ’ก Among the list of keywords suggested by the AI Assistant, those with a blue checkmark are terms for which your podcast already appears in search results but that you have not yet tracked from the PSO Control Panel.

We recommend adding these keywords to your selection to prioritize terms that are already popular with your podcast listeners! ๐ŸŽง

How long will it take to get visibility data for my new keywords?

โณ You will need to wait up to 24 hours to find visibility data for the new keywords you have selected within your PSO Control Panel.

After this period, you will be able to know the current visibility of your podcast on these new terms (visibility score, positions in search results, etc). ๐Ÿค“

However, the ability to know the visibility history of your podcast on these new keywords is not guaranteed (this will only be possible if other podcasters had previously entered these terms within their podcast's PSO Control Panel). โŒ

We recommend not updating your keyword selection too often because the most important thing is to be able to track the evolution of your podcast's visibility over time! ๐Ÿ“ˆ
