Updating your billing information is also a breeze! 😊 Here's how to do it:

Congratulations, you have successfully added a new credit card.This card will be charged by default on your next payments and you can later on add another card by following the same path again! 🥳

💳 Note: on Ausha, only payment by credit card is available for individuals. If you wish to pay by bank/wire transfer, you will have to select a corporate-level subscription. To learn more and to let us know your company’s needs, please contact us at [email protected]. ☕️

To change or add billing information (e.g. VAT number or company address):

You can then update your billing email address, your billing postal address, your phone number, and your tax number. 🙌

🔎 To add a VAT number, go to the Tax number section, click on Identification type, choose your country, and enter your VAT number.

💡 Legally, it is not possible to modify the information on an already issued invoice. All your past invoices are non-modifiable (this is a legal requirement, and no exceptions are possible 🙏).

Adding or modifying your billing information will only take effect on your future invoices.

The name that appears on your invoices corresponds to the name on the credit card registered with Ausha. 💳

You cannot modify this name as it is linked to your payment method.

To change the name on your invoices, you need to add a new payment method with the desired name. ✅

💡 You won't be able to modify already issued invoices due to legal reasons. 🙏 The name change will only take effect on future invoices and will not affect those already issued.
