How do I change my saved payment method on Ausha?

You can change your saved payment card (which is charged automatically at renewal) for your Ausha account at any time.

To do so:

  • Connect to your Ausha account and head to My account in the menu on the top right of your screen.

  • Then select Billing on the left-side menu.

  • Click Change payment method on the top right.

  • Fill out the information for your credit card and hit Save.

💳 Note: on Ausha, only payment by credit card is available for individuals. If you wish to pay by bank/wire transfer, you will have to select a corporate-level subscription. To learn more and to let us know your company’s needs, please contact us at [email protected]. ☕️

How do I change the name, address, and VAT number on future bills?

By default, the name displayed on your bills will be the one you indicated when you signed up with Ausha.

To modify or add information to your bills (for instance, your company’s name, VAT number, or address):

  • Connect to your Ausha account and head to My account in the menu on the top right of your screen.

  • Go to the Billing section.

  • Then click Change payment method on the top right.

  • Within the Add a payment method window, select Yes when asked “Are you a company?” to access additional settings.

  • Fill out (or edit) the Name, Postal address, Country, or TVA number which will be added to your upcoming bills then hit Save.

💡 Note: We cannot legally modify information on a bill that has already been sent. All past bills cannot be modified. Adding or modifying your billing information will only apply to future bills.
