Case 1: My show is not available on any directory (and it never was)
This means that you have not yet activated your podcast’s distribution on podcast directories.
Want to learn how to do so?
Head to this article to learn more: “How does my podcast get distributed?” (on directories like Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Deezer, etc.). 🚀
Case 2: My show is available on some platforms but not others
To determine why your show is not distributed on certain directories, double-check these conditions are met:
Your show contains at least one Public, Published episode (distribution on directories is not possible if your episodes are all scheduled, draft, private or unlisted).
You have activated your show’s distributed on that platform from your Ausha settings (check out this article to learn more).
You have waited the typical waiting period after the first distribution, outlined in this article (the delay varies from one directory to another).
If, after the standard delay has passed, you notice that a podcast directory has still not begun distributing your show, you should contact them directly.
The fact that your show is available on other directories means that your show does not have any technical issues – if your podcast’s RSS feed is up and working, all your public episodes are available. In this case, the distribution problem is not caused by Ausha nor your podcast, but rather the directory itself.
Here are the specific contacts for each platform:

Case 3: My show is no longer available on a podcast directories where it was distributed before
Has your show disappeared from a directory where it was distributing correctly before? And other directories are still distributing your show with no issues?
The fact that your show is available on other directories means that your show does not have any technical issues – your podcast’s RSS feed is up and running, which means that public episodes are available for distribution.
In this case, the distribution problem is not caused by Ausha nor your podcast, but rather the directory itself.
In most cases, after 24 hours, your show will be online again.
If, after waiting 24 hours, your show still is not available, we recommend that you contact the customer support team for that platform:
- Spotify Support: [email protected]
- SoundCloud Support: [email protected]
- Stitcher Support: [email protected]
👉 Note: Each platform has its own policy, and they all reserve the right to unilaterally delete a show based on its content (for instance, for a copyright issue), without prior warning. We recommend you to contact the given directory directly to remediate the problem.
That being said, if a directory decides to delete your show, know that your data will remain safely stored by Ausha (you will be able to access all your shows, episodes, descriptions, images, etc. from your Ausha account).
