How to update my registered payment method on Ausha?
To update your payment method, follow these steps 😌🧭:
Click on your name in the top right corner to access your Account and then click on Subscription
Then go to My Billing Space
In the Payment method section, click on Add a payment method.
💡 Make sure to check Use as default payment method to update your primary payment method. ✅
💳 On Ausha, only credit card and SEPA Direct Debit payments are available to the general public. If you wish to pay via bank transfer / RIB, If you would like to pay by bank transfer, check out our Ausha PRO plans. ☕️ ☕️
How to update my billing information, including the address and VAT number displayed on my upcoming invoices?
Updating your billing information is also a breeze! 😊 Here's how to do it:
Log in to your Ausha account.
Go to Account, then click on Subscription.
Navigate to your Billing Space.
In the Billing Information section, click on 🖍️ Update Information.
Congratulations, you have successfully added a new credit card.This card will be charged by default on your next payments and you can later on add another card by following the same path again! 🥳
💳 Note: on Ausha, only payment by credit card is available for individuals. If you wish to pay by bank/wire transfer, you will have to select a corporate-level subscription. To learn more and to let us know your company’s needs, please contact us at [email protected]. ☕️
How do I change the name, address, and VAT number on future bills?
To change or add billing information (e.g. VAT number or company address):
Log in to Ausha and go to My Account via the menu at the top right of your screen.
Then go to the Subscription section and click on My Billing Space
From your Billing Space, scroll down to the Billing Information section and click 🖍 Update Information.
You can then update your billing email address, your billing postal address, your phone number, and your tax number. 🙌
🔎 To add a VAT number, go to the Tax number section, click on Identification type, choose your country, and enter your VAT number.
💡 Legally, it is not possible to modify the information on an already issued invoice. All your past invoices are non-modifiable (this is a legal requirement, and no exceptions are possible 🙏).
Adding or modifying your billing information will only take effect on your future invoices.
Can I change the name displayed on my future invoices?
The name that appears on your invoices corresponds to the name on the credit card registered with Ausha. 💳
You cannot modify this name as it is linked to your payment method.
To change the name on your invoices, you need to add a new payment method with the desired name. ✅
💡 You won't be able to modify already issued invoices due to legal reasons. 🙏 The name change will only take effect on future invoices and will not affect those already issued.
