How do I edit my show's main artwork?

You can update your show's main artwork at any time from your Ausha account.

💡 The artwork is also commonly referred to as your podcast's cover art, thumbnail, or cover image.

To update it, follow these steps:

  • Log in to your Ausha account

  • Go to the Settings tab

  • In the Details section, click Edit in the Show Artwork field

  • Don't forget to click the Save button at the bottom of the page to confirm your changes

📍 Important: your image must meet the following requirements:

  • A square image between 400 × 400 pixels and 3000 × 3000 pixels

  • In JPG or PNG format

  • A maximum file size of 10 MB

  • Using the RGB color space

💡 These format requirements are imposed by listening platforms.

To ensure that your artwork can be properly retrieved and displayed in the best possible quality across all platforms, it must comply with these specifications.

How long does it take for artwork changes to appear on listening platforms?

When you update your show's artwork, title, or description in your Ausha account, the changes are immediately applied to your RSS feed. This makes the updated information technically available to all listening platforms right away. However, a technical processing delay is always required before the changes become visible.

👉 On your Ausha Website, Smartlink, or Smartplayer, the new information usually appears within a few minutes.

👉 Listening platforms (Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Deezer, etc.)

automatically retrieve these updates, but the delay varies depending on each platform's technical processes.

On average, it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days.

💡 Once the change has been made in your Ausha account, no further action is required on your part. The updated artwork will automatically appear on listening platforms as soon as they process the update.
