If you already have an existing podcast that is currently hosted on another platform, transferring it to Ausha is easy! 🤩
Step 1: How to import my podcast from another hosting platform to Ausha?
1.1 If you haven't created the show on Ausha yet:
After creating your account, you'll be able to set up your first show! 💪 Click on the Import an existing show button to import your podcast from your previous hosting platform to Ausha.
Enter the current RSS feed of your podcast (the one provided by your previous hosting platform: Anchor, Soundcloud, Acast, Podcastics, etc.) in the Name or RSS Link of the show to import field.
Click Continue to confirm the import of your show!
All (publicly published) episodes will be immediately imported to Ausha and will be integrated into the Ausha RSS feed of your show. 🎉
Now, let's move on to step 2: redirection (see part 2 of the article 👈)!
1.2 If you have already created the show on Ausha:
Go to the Settings tab.
Then, go to the Import RSS section and click on Add RSS link.
Enter the current RSS feed of your podcast (the one provided by your previous hosting platform: Anchor, Soundcloud, Acast, Podcastics, etc.) in the RSS Link for the show to import field.
Confirm the number of episodes present in the RSS feed by clicking on Check RSS link. (💡 This will validate that all your previous episodes will be imported correctly).
Finally, click on Import the show! ✅ All (publicly published) episodes will be immediately imported to Ausha and integrated into the Ausha RSS feed of your show.

Step 2: How to redirect my current podcast RSS feed to my new Ausha RSS feed from my previous host's interface?
Redirecting your RSS feed ensures the future of your podcast by notifying all the listening platforms where your show is available that they should retrieve your future episodes from your new RSS feed on Ausha. 😌
To set up the redirection, follow these steps: 👇
Log in to your account with your previous host.
Request a redirection of your old RSS feed to your new Ausha RSS feed, usually through your Settings or by contacting Customer Support.
💡 They will ask for the URL of your new podcast RSS feed on Ausha. To find out how to obtain it, you can refer to our article How to find my podcast RSS feed on Ausha? 👈
The redirection will be detected by all listening platforms within 15 days. ⏳ After that, you can cancel your account with your previous host.
👉 Your previous host won't be able to transfer the listening statistics from your old RSS feed. If you want to keep a record of your previous statistics, we recommend downloading, copying, or making note of them before transferring your podcast to Ausha! 🙏
Finally, please note that the transfer process is invisible for your audience, regardless of the directory. You won't lose any subscribers on different platforms, and your listeners won't notice any difference between episodes posted from your previous host and those posted from Ausha. 🚀
