How to import and redirect my Simplecast RSS feed to Ausha?
Learn how to migrate your podcast from Simplecast to Ausha simply and quickly through import and redirection!

You have an existing podcast that is currently hosted on Simplecast: the transfer operation from Simplecast to Ausha is easy! 🙌
Step 1: How to import my podcast from Simplecast to Ausha?
Importing your Simplecast RSS feed to your Ausha account aims to retrieve the history of your podcast (episodes, titles, descriptions, audio files, etc.: everything contained in your old RSS feed).
Here's what you need to do: 👇
Create an Ausha account on the website www.ausha.co or log in to your existing Ausha account.
After creating your Ausha account or logging in to your existing account, during the creation of your show, choose Import an existing show.
Then enter the current RSS feed of your podcast (provided by Simplecast) in the Name or RSS link of the show to import field.
Click on Continue to confirm the import of your show!
All the episodes (Published publicly on the Simplecast side) will be immediately imported to Ausha and will be integrated into the Ausha RSS feed of your show. 🎉
Now, you need to set up Step 2: redirection!
Step 2: How to redirect the Simplecast RSS feed to my new Ausha RSS feed from my Simplecast interface?
Redirecting your RSS feed ensures the future of your podcast by informing all the listening platforms on which your show is available that they should now distribute your future episodes from a new RSS feed, the one you now have on Ausha.
Follow these steps to set up the redirection: 👇
Log in to your Simplecast interface and contact Simplecast support (at the following address: [email protected]) to request the setup of the redirection from your Simplecast RSS feed to your new Ausha RSS feed.
💡 You will be asked for the URL of your new podcast's RSS feed on Ausha. To find it, check out our article How to find my podcast's RSS feed on Ausha? 💜
Once the transfer has been successfully completed (Attention: import + redirection), you can cancel your Simplecast account.
👉 Simplecast cannot provide us with the listening statistics from your old RSS feed. If you want to keep a record of your previous listens, we recommend downloading, copying, or noting them down before transferring your podcast to Ausha. ✍️
The transfer is invisible to your audience, regardless of the directory. You won't lose subscribers on different platforms: your listeners won't see any difference between episodes posted from your previous hosting platform and those posted from Ausha! 🚀
