Step 1: How do I import my podcast from Simplecast into Ausha?
After creating your Ausha account on the website https://www.ausha.co 👈 you can begin setting up your show import.
👉 Click the I already have a podcast button to import your podcast from your previous host into Ausha.
👉 Select Switch to Ausha if you want Ausha to be your new and only host.
👉 Enter your podcast’s full title or your RSS feed URL in the Your podcast field to locate your show and import it into Ausha.
💡 Only the first 3 episodes of your show will be imported into Ausha if you are using the free Ausha FREE plan. To import all your episodes, you must subscribe to a paid hosting plan.

🧭 Next step: the redirect
This step will inform listening platforms that your podcast is now hosted on Ausha.
Step 2: How do I redirect my current podcast RSS feed to my new Ausha RSS feed, from the Simplecast interface?
📍 Why is it very important to set up the redirect?
A 301 redirect informs listening platforms that your episodes are now hosted on Ausha and that all future episodes will be published on your new Ausha RSS feed.
🔧 How do I set up the redirect?
Log in to your Simplecast dashboard
Contact Simplecast support (at the following address: [email protected]) to request the setup of the redirect from your Simplecast RSS feed to your new Ausha RSS feed
💡 You will be asked for the URL of your new Ausha RSS feed. To learn how to retrieve it, please refer to our article:
Once the entire transfer has been successfully completed (import + redirect), you can cancel your Simplecast account.
⏳ How long does the redirect take to become active?
The update is processed within a few hours (up to a few days depending on your previous host). During this process, your listeners won’t notice any difference: you keep all your subscribers and all your episodes.
📈 What data is preserved during the redirect?
Only listens that occur after the redirect will appear in Ausha.
❌ Your listening history from Simplecast will not be imported to Ausha.
💡 Be sure to export or take note of your statistics from your previous host before redirecting.
