What are the 3 user roles, and what level of access do they have on my shows ?

Discover the 3 roles you can assign to invited users and the access permissions they provide on your account. 👯‍♀️

You can assign one of the following three roles to your team members: Viewer, Editor, or Administrator.

👁️ What is the Viewer role used for?

A Viewer user can only view the show’s content. They will not be able to edit content or use the tools available on your account.

💡 If you have an Ausha PRO plan, you can assign different permissions to users depending on the show. Otherwise, all invited users with the Viewer role will have this access level across all your shows and Ausha subscriptions.

🖊️ What is the Editor role used for?

An Editor user can create and edit the show’s content. They will have access to all publishing, scheduling, and editing tools.

💡 If you have an Ausha PRO plan, you can assign different permissions to users depending on the show. Otherwise, all invited users with the Editor role will have this access level across all your shows and Ausha subscriptions.

💼 What is the Administrator role used for?

An Administrator user has full access to your shows: they can edit content, manage settings, and assign roles to other users.

💡 If you have an Ausha PRO plan, you can assign different permissions to users depending on the show. Otherwise, all invited users with the Administrator role will have this access level across all your shows and Ausha subscriptions.

💡 Want to restrict access to certain shows or assign different roles per show? Contact our team to learn more about what Ausha PRO can offer (pricing available on request).
