Edit a guest user's role
If you want to grant a user more rights or, conversely, restrict their access, here are the steps to modify their role on your account:
Go to the Account > Users menu.
Click on the three dots “...” to the right of the user you want to modify. Select Edit. Here you can:
👉 Modify their role (Visitor, Editor, or Administrator)
👉 Adjust their access to certain features (hosting, PSO) Don't forget to save your changes so that they are validated.
💡 If you have multiple shows on your account, a user to whom you assign a role will retain that same role on all your shows.

Delete a guest user
If you want to completely remove a user's access to your shows:
Go to Account > Users. Click on the three dots “...” to the right of the user concerned. Click on Delete user.
A confirmation window will pop up: confirm that you are sure you want to delete this user. Confirm by clicking Delete. Their access will then be immediately revoked.
