This article is for podcasters who want to use Ausha tools (such as PSO or Ausha Intelligence) while keeping their podcast hosted elsewhere.
👉 If you're using Ausha as your hosting platform and want to publish a new episode, check out this article instead: How do I publish an episode? (Video tutorial)
🧭 1 - What is the Ausha Workspace?
The Ausha Workspace is a tab in your interface where you can add episodes and optimize them using Ausha tools (such as PSO or Ausha Intelligence).
You can add:
Once your optimizations are complete in the Workspace, you’ll need to export them manually to your hosting platform for the changes to take effect.
📂 2 - How to add an episode to my Workspace before publishing it on my hosting platform?
From your Ausha Workspace, you can optimize episodes that haven’t yet been published on your hosting platform (i.e. Draft or Scheduled).
In this case, you’ll need to manually import the episode data.
Here’s how:
Go to the Workspace tab
Click on Work on a new episode
Download the audio file for your episode (you can also add it later)
🎧 The audio file is essential to activate Ausha’s optimization tools, which are based notably on the audio content of your episode.
Add and optimize the title, description, and tags for your episode
💡 Make use of Ausha Intelligence to auto-generate your episode content, and the PSO Checker to improve search visibility on your target keyword.
You can also prepare your communication tools by creating a newsletter and social media posts for Facebook / X / Instagram / LinkedIn
Finally, export all the content you’ve created and optimized by clicking on Preview at the top right:
👉 You can manually copy each element using the dedicated copy button 🗒️
👉 Or export everything to a .CSV file using the Export button
You’ll then just need to integrate these elements on your hosting platform before publishing your episode.
3 - How to add an already published episode to my Workspace for optimization?
From your Ausha Workspace, you can also use Ausha’s tools on episodes that are already live on your hosting platform and podcast directories.
This is a great opportunity to improve the visibility of your show by getting more value from your existing content. 🚀
🧭 Here’s how to add and optimize your already published episodes:
Go to the Feed tab in your Ausha interface
🔎 This tab will display all public episodes published from your hosting platform.👉 If an episode doesn’t appear in your Feed tab, check from your hosting platform that it’s already published and public.
💡 If your episode is in Draft or Scheduled status, it won’t be visible in the Feed yet.
In that case, refer to part 2 of this article to add the episode manually to your Workspace.
From the Feed tab, click on the Copy to workspace button for each episode you want to add
The dedicated optimization page for that episode will open
Add and optimize the title, description, and tags for your episode
💡 Use Ausha Intelligence to generate your episode’s content, and the PSO Checker to improve your SEO performance.
You can also prepare your communication assets:
