How do I add a user to my show?
To add a new user to your show:
Go to the Account menu by clicking on your name at the top right of your interface.
Select the Users heading in the left-hand column.
Click on the + Add a user button.
This is where you can:
☑️ Enter the email address to which to send the invitation
☑️ Assign the show access of your choice
☑️ Choose the guest's role 📚 See our article What are the three roles of guest users on Ausha?
☑️ Decide to assign a seat for your account options (hosting and editing a show, consulting the PSO...).
☑️ Add a message to accompany your invitation. 💡 The user will receive an e-mail containing a link to join your show with the rights you've assigned.
💡 If you have several shows on your account, a user to whom you assign a role will retain that same role on all your shows.

💡 Once the invitation has been sent and accepted by your user, you will need to assign them a licence for the options of your choice (host and/or PSO).

What if the user hasn't received the invitation?
If the invited person can't find the invitation e-mail you sent them:
👉 Ask them to check their spam/junk mail.
👉 Check that the email address entered is correct.
👉 If necessary, delete the invitation from the Users section and send it back.
