🛠 How to Cancel My Subscription from My Ausha Account?
Log in to your Ausha account
Go to the Account > Subscription menu
Click on Change Plan
The Ausha plans page will open. Scroll down and click on Cancel My Subscription.
When Will the Cancellation Take Effect?
Your subscription will end on the scheduled date of your next renewal. 🗓️
💡 Example: If you cancel on May 1st and your subscription is active until June 15th, your account will remain active until June 15th. The subscription will not renew at the end of this period and will be permanently canceled.
Can I Reactivate My Subscription After Canceling?
Of course! 🤩
If you change your mind, you have 15 days after the cancellation takes effect to reactivate your subscription.
To do this, log in to your Ausha account and click on Reactivate My Subscription, which will appear in a blue banner at the top of your screen. This will take you to the Ausha plans page, where you can subscribe to the plan of your choice. 🚀
