Where to find the list and how to export it?
π Here's how to access the list of your subscribers on your Ausha account:
Go to the Communication tab
Then click on the Newsletter section
Scroll down a bit on the page to find the Subscribers to your newsletter section.
π‘ This is where you'll find the list of all email addresses registered for your Newsletter.
π If you wish to retrieve the list of email addresses of your Newsletter subscribers in a .csv document, here's how to do it:
Go to the Communication tab
Then click on the Newsletter section
Scroll all the way down on the page to find the Subscribers to your newsletter section
Here, at the bottom right, you'll find the Export to .csv button.
How to remove a listener from the list of subscribers?
You have the option to remove an email address from your list of subscribers. β
To do so: π
Go to the Communication tab
Then click on the Newsletter section
Scroll down a bit on the page to find the Newsletter Subscribers section
Click on the cross to the right of the email address you wish to remove from the mailing list.
A window will ask you to confirm your choice with the question Would you like delete this subscriber? If yes, click on the violet Delete button.
π‘ Once removed from the list, this email address will no longer receive your future Newsletters. β
Why is it not possible to import a subscriber list from another newsletter/emailing software outside of Ausha?
According to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you cannot import an email list from another tool (e.g., an emailing software) onto Ausha. β
Each subscriber must specifically consent to signing up for your podcast's Newsletter through your Ausha Website (see the article **What is the Ausha Website?).
