Before You Begin
To activate distribution, your podcast must meet these conditions:
You must have at least one publicly published episode.
If your podcast only has scheduled or draft episodes, distribution won’t be possible.
Your podcast’s language must be set to English.
Gaana only supports English-language podcasts.
How to Distribute Your Podcast on Gaana
Log into your Ausha account.
Go to Settings > Distribution.
Find the Gaana box and click Distribute.
Click “Start” to begin the step-by-step tutorial.
Summary of the Setup Process
Create a Gaana account at podcasts.gaana.com/register.
Verify your account by clicking the confirmation link in your email.
Submit your podcast’s RSS feed URL to Gaana.
Add any required show details and accept the Terms & Conditions.
Wait up to 7 business days for Gaana to approve your podcast.
If your podcast isn’t live after a few weeks, contact Gaana support via this form.
Final Steps
Manually add your Gaana listen link to your Ausha settings:
Settings > Distribution > Gaana > Is your podcast already on Gaana? (Yes) > Edit Listen Link > Paste your Gaana page link > Save.Future episodes will be published automatically—no extra steps needed! 🎉
Important Notes
Distribution on Gaana is not always instant.
New episodes may take several hours (up to 1 day) to appear.
The delay varies based on Gaana’s update process.
