Which statistics are available on Ausha to analyze my podcast’s listens ?

In your Ausha account’s Statistics tab, you will find the Listens section.

👉 Here you will find your Listens Overview where you view your listens for the current day, the last 7 days, the last 30 days, the previous set of 30 days, and the total number of listens since your show’s launch (from the beginning).

👉 In the Listens Details section, you can view your listens’ stats by filtering by specific episode(s) using the drop-down menu and/or selecting the time period to view using the calendar.

👉 The Unique Listeners section (for Boost-level and higher subscribers) displays the number of unique people who listened to your show by episode and by date (see this article for more info: How is my unique listener count calculated and where can I find this information ? 👈 )

👉 The Compare Episodes section displays your episodes’ listening performance by comparing the first 7 days, first 15 days, first 30 days, and first 90 days after publication.

👉The Episode Ranking section helps you compare the episodes with the most listens over the selected time period.

💡 For Supersonic-level and higher subscribers, the Average Listening Time and Completion Rate are also available for each episode. Thanks to our partnership with the Deezer listening platform, Ausha can now pick up these two data points if you distribute your podcast on this platform (only available for listens on Deezer currently).


Which statistics are available on Ausha to learn about my audience’s location and listening devices ?

In your Ausha account’s Statistics tab, you will find the Sources section.

👉 In the Sources section, you can check which devices are most commonly used to tune into your show: mobile phones, computers, and tablets (and, for Boost-level and higher subscribers, also smart speakers).

👉 You can also check out the Platforms section to see which listening platforms or websites are most popular for tuning into your show.

👉 You can additionally get more insights in the Operating Systems section. Here you can view which OS are most commonly used to listen to your show (iOS, Windows, Android, Mac, etc.).

👉 Finally, you can check out the Browsers section. Here you will see which web browsers are most popular for tuning into your show (Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.).

In your Ausha account’s Statistics tab, you can find the Location section. This section will give you a snapshot of the world regions (by Country) where your podcast gets the most listens. 🌎

💡 Further down on this page, you can find the list of countries where your show had the most listens. You can also use the drop-down menu to select specific episodes in order to view those episodes’ data in particular. Using the calendar, you can also view the data over a specified time period.


Which statistics are available to understand my audience’s demographics and listening habits ?

In your Ausha account’s Statistics tab, you can find the Audience section (for Supersonic-level and higher subscribers 👈).

👉 You can view your audience’s breakdown by gender.

💡 This data is only valid for your audience on Deezer. We have a specific partnership with that platform to bring you these data points.

In your Ausha account’s Statistics tab, you will find the PeakTime section (for Boost-level and higher subscribers).

The PeakTime (= primetime) indicates at what time of day your show gets the most listens, based on your selected time period. You can filter this data by last 7 days, last 15 days, last 30 days, last 90 days or since launch.

Further down on this page, you will see the Your Audience count by day and time, Most popular days and Most popular times sections which display data visually using your selected time period.


Which statistics are available to analyze my podcast’s rank on Apple Podcasts ?

In your Ausha account’s Statistics tab, you will find the Apple Podcasts section (for Boost-level and higher subscribers).

👉 On this page, you can view your Rating on Apple Podcasts and the number of Reviews left by your subscribers. Additionally, you can check your ranking in your show’s category on the Apple Podcasts platform for the current day and on average. 🍏

💡 In the following image, the TIPS podcast is in the Marketing category. On that day, TIPS was in the 26th spot and was ranked 22th on average in this category on Apple Podcasts.

👉 In the Ranking Details section, you can check your show’s position over a selected period of time using the calendar.

💡You can also check the Best Ranking your show was able to attain in your category on Apple Podcasts. 🙌

👉 Finally, in the User Reviews section, you can view, directly on the Ausha interface, the reviews left by your subscribers on Apple Podcasts.

💡 Reviews left by your subscribers are moderated and validated directly by Apple Podcasts.

Therefore, these reviews will be viewable on your Ausha interface generally 24 to 48 hours after they are submitted. ⏳

On Ausha, you can also view ratings and comments left by your subscribers on Apple Podcasts as well as your ranking in your show’s category on that platform.
